A top firm is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Paralegal to support partners in commercial real estate & corporate transactions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Draft contracts, leases, and closing documents
• Support commercial real estate & corporate transactions
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and correspondence
• Assist with entity formation & transactional closings
• Act as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and staff
What You Bring:
✔ 3+ years of real estate/transactional experience
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial agreements & closings
✔ Highly organized with sharp attention to deadlines
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
✔ Familiarity with Allegheny County real estate systems a plus
