🚐 Mobile Veterinarian Wanted: Bring Care to Those Who Need It Most! 🐾

Are you a compassionate veterinarian looking to make a real difference in underserved communities? Do you dream of a role that offers both professional fulfillment and work-life balance? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity that's sure to get your tail wagging!

πŸ₯ The Practice: This is a mobile veterinary clinic dedicated to providing essential care to pets in underserved areas. The state-of-the-art mobile unit, staffed with three skilled Vet Techs, travels to various locations offering low-cost, on-site services to communities that lack access to regular pet care.

🐢 What You'll Do: As our Mobile DVM, you'll be the superhero in scrubs, overseeing our talented team of Vet Techs and ensuring top-notch care for every furry companion we meet. Your main focuses will be:

  • Supervising routine care and preventative services
  • Handling any vaccine or medical reactions
  • Providing expert guidance and support to the team and clients

🐱 What We Offer:

  • Flexible schedule: 2 to 4 days per week, 8 to10 hour shifts (exact days and hours are adaptable to your preferences)
  • Competitive salary pay structure
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Negotiable sign-on and retention bonuses
  • Work-life balance: No emergency visits, complex surgeries, or late-night calls
  • The chance to make a real difference in underserved communities

🦜 What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed DVM with a passion for community service
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • A heart for educating pet owners about preventative care
  • Flexibility and adaptability – every day brings new locations and faces!

🐰 A Typical Day: You'll start your day by meeting the mobile unit either at our main location or at the first stop. Throughout the day, you'll visit 2-4 predetermined locations, overseeing services such as vaccinations, preventative care, heartworm tests, and nail trims. The Vet Techs handle most hands-on work, with you stepping in for any medical reactions or providing expert consultations.

🐠 This position is perfect for veterinarians looking to:

  • Simplify their practice while still making a significant impact
  • Enjoy a better work-life balance
  • Wind down their career in a rewarding, less stressful environment
  • Give back to the community in a meaningful way

If you're ready to trade in the stress of emergency surgeries and complex cases for the joy of bringing essential care to those who need it most, we want to hear from you!
