Relationship Manager Products Sales

gpac is partnering with a top financial group nationally of its kind, based in Kansas! This professional and fun bank group has a Sales division that services other companies in the nation with top products including Cards, Treasury, etc. for their members and customers. This fun, high-paced office is scaling and seeks a sales leader with high-functioning team and ever-evolving product line. I am looking for an OVER achiever. Someone who looks at the paycheck as a report card and who wants to make more money every year and blow goals out of the water! I am happy to hunt for you in the Core space...Maybe it's time for a new boss and your new title as "Banking Products Sales "! 

Compensation and Culture for the Banking Products Relationship Manager Sales:

  • Work with the Project manager for leadership for anything bank products related
  • You are the go-to contact for all customers but will know how to get a teammate on board for each situation
  • M-F and up to 50% travel within the state with solid travel and marketing budget
  • holidays, bank holidays, etc.

  • Bonus pool based on performance and growth of entity on top of individual commissions

Requirements for Bank products Relationship Manager Sales:

  • 3-5 years in the bank products space such as IT, Treasury, Cards operations
  • college degree preferred, but experience trumps degree
  • Sales: it's fine to love the extra 0s on your paycheck and be motivated but also separate yourself from the love of this tool
  • Vendor communication experience
  • Strong Customer Service and relationship management and CRM abilities
  • Monitoring metrics experience
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and bring team members up to speed on any training
  • Ability to delegate and train others on the team
