Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven sales agronomist to help manage and expand a well-established portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships and is passionate about growing business within the agriculture industry. While no licenses are required, a Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) designation would be a plus! You’ll be selling chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds while helping customers maximize their yield and productivity.

🌱 What You'll Do:

• 🌾 Build and maintain strong relationships with current growers
• 🌱 Prospect new clients to grow your territory
• 🚜 Provide top-tier agronomic advice and recommendations
• 🧪 Perform soil and tissue samples to assess crop needs
• 📈 Stay updated on the latest agronomic trends and tech to help clients succeed

📋 What We're Looking For:

• 💼 Proven track record in agronomy sales, ideally in seed (5+ years preferred)
• 💼 An existing book of established business in your area is ideal
• 🌐 Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
• 🎯 Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• 🎓 A CCA and/or degree in agronomy or agriculture is preferred but not required
