Operations Supervisor – Grain Elevator

Salary: $70k-$115k + Company Vehicle & Full Benefits

Gpac has partnered with a highly respected Co-op in Northern Illinois, and they are urgently seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple grain elevator locations. This role offers tremendous growth potential, with the chance to move into a Location Manager position in the next year and even further to a General Manager role in a few years!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations at multiple grain elevator locations (10-12MM BU annually)
• Supervise staff and lead on-the-job training
• Ensure safety, quality control, and maintenance protocols are followed
• Manage truck dispatch and coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and rail cars
• Travel between locations as needed using a company vehicle

What You Bring:

• Experience in grain elevator operations
• A positive, motivated attitude with leadership capabilities
• Flexibility to relocate or live within a reasonable distance to Donovan, IL or nearby Indiana
• Desire for career advancement in a growing organization
