Ironworker Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Ironworker Foreman to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience with miscellaneous metals and structural steel and is ready to lead a crew.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew on daily metal and steel projects
• Make sure work is done safely and correctly
• Read and follow blueprints and plans
• Help keep projects on schedule
• Work with contractors, inspectors, and other trades
• Help solve problems that come up on the job
• Make sure the crew has what they need to get the job done

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ironwork, miscellaneous metals, or steel
• Experience reading blueprints
• Previous foreman or leadership experience preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the company

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Night work
• Weekend availability as needed
• $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience
