Job Description

Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) – High-Volume Entry Specialist
Location: Near Belleville, NJ (On-site)
Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 (DOE) + Growth Path to Management

We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in being a true “get-it-done” professional. This is not a management role—this is for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, processing entries efficiently, and being a critical second-in-command with a clear path to leadership.

If you’re someone who can crank out 100–150+ entries per day with accuracy and confidence, and you’re looking for long-term growth into management, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Process 100–150+ customs entries daily across a variety of commodities
  • Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, tariffs, and classifications
  • Handle entry transmissions, audits, and corrections with speed and precision
  • Work closely with operations, freight teams, and clients to keep freight moving
  • Act as a key support to leadership, stepping in as the right hand when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) – REQUIRED
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume entry processing
  • Strong knowledge of HTS classification, customs compliance, and PGA requirements
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy under pressure
  • Team player mindset with a “worker bee” mentality—no ego, just execution
  • Desire to grow into a management role over time

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Clear, defined path to management—this role is being groomed for leadership
  • Stable, well-established company with strong operational support
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • High-impact role where your work directly drives company success

If you’re a hands-on LCB who enjoys being in the trenches, delivering results, and wants a real opportunity to grow into leadership—this is the role for you.
