What They’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in business litigation, including trial exposure
Strong ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
Experience drafting complaints, managing discovery, and conducting depositions
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to professional development
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining sound judgment
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in business litigation matters in state and federal courts
Draft pleadings, complaints, motions, and other litigation documents
Manage discovery, including depositions and expert witness coordination
Provide case assessments and strategic guidance to clients
Collaborate with partners and colleagues within a respected practice group
Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective advocacy
