Multifamily Construction Superintendent
Atlanta, GA

A well-established general contractor in the Atlanta market is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join their team. This is a confidential opportunity with a strong pipeline of ground-up multifamily work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and lead site coordination meetings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on multifamily projects
• Ground-up wood-frame experience (wrap/podium preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Procore or similar software is a plus
