Job Title: Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney with a passion for personal injury law who is eager to gain hands-on trial experience. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who has a craft for persuasive writing and excels in case law research. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling personal injury cases and will be responsible for managing litigation matters from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Conduct thorough case law research to develop strong legal arguments.
  • Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in personal injury litigation.

Requirements:

  • J.D. and active license to practice law in Florida (Required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong persuasive writing and legal research skills.
  • Desire to gain extensive trial experience and refine courtroom advocacy.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
