Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Estate Planning Attorney, you'll play a key role in advising clients on estate and probate matters, crafting personalized plans, and ensuring legal protections are in place for families and their legacies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
• Advise clients on estate strategies and probate procedures
• Stay current with relevant state and federal laws
• Customize estate plans to meet each client’s needs and goals
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Arizona Bar
• 2-4 years experience in estate planning and probate law
• Some tax experience is a plus but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
