GPAC is partnering with a reputable agribusiness to find a Chemical Division Manager to lead a direct-to-grower ag chemical sales and operations division. This role blends sales, inventory control, pricing strategy, and team leadership with a strong focus on efficiency and high-volume performance. The manager will oversee daily sales and warehouse operations, guide e-commerce development, track KPIs, and lead a team to support continued growth.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years ag chemical sales
  • 5+ years procurement and management experience
  • Ag retail, distribution, or manufacturer background 
  • Strong Excel and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s in Agronomy or related field 
  • Able to work extended hours during seasonal peaks
