Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $150,000

Company Summary: This company is an established, industry leading onstruction firm committed to the local and regional market and provding innovative designs, incredible results, and even better customer relationship. Their project portfolio includes a diverse range of commercial sectors and project areas such as multi family, office buildings, hospitality & entertainment venues, restaurants, retail spaces, and medical facilities. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive our construction projects. 

Project Manager Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and according to specifications.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and construction teams, promoting an efficient and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards, implementing necessary safety measures on-site.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise during the project execution.

Project Manager Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing successful projects across various sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, health standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
