Job Title: Personal Injury & Product Liability / Mass Torts Attorney
Location: Emeryville, CA or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Workstyle)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in either Emeryville or Los Angeles. This role will focus on personal injury, product liability, and mass torts litigation. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, skilled in case strategy, and comfortable managing a significant caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all phases of litigation, from intake and investigation through trial or resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents

  • Conduct and defend depositions, including experts

  • Work closely with clients, medical professionals, and experts to build strong cases

  • Participate in settlement negotiations and court appearances

  • Collaborate with team members to advance multi-plaintiff and mass tort matters

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active California Bar membership in good standing

  • 2–10+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury, product liability, or mass torts preferred

  • Demonstrated trial, deposition, and courtroom experience

  • Strong research, writing, and case management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Commitment to client service and advocacy
