Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a growing, community-rooted agricultural company specializing in the production of premium show feeds for livestock producers. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and diversity, they’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader to manage one of their small but high-performing feed mill facilities.

This location operates with a close-knit team of 10–12 employees and plays a vital role in serving their regional customers. As their new Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, employee leadership, safety, and production efficiency.


Feed Plant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage plant operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production

  • Supervise and support team members in a collaborative, hands-on environment

  • Schedule production, manage inventory, and ensure equipment is maintained

  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with feed manufacturing regulations

  • Collaborate with company leadership on goals, reporting, and process improvements

  • Foster a positive work culture and support employee growth and training


Ideal background:

  • Supervisory experience in a feed mill or similar ag production environment

  • Be a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ready to step into a Plant Manager role—or are currently in one and looking for a supportive company with advancement opportunities

  • Knowledge of livestock feed manufacturing is a strong plus
