We’re a growing concrete contractor seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to lead field operations for complex slab and structural concrete projects. If you're a proven leader who knows how to deliver high-quality work safely, on time, and on budget — we want to talk.
Oversee field execution of multiple concrete projects (slab-on-grade, elevated decks, structural concrete)
Lead and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field crews
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Ensure adherence to project specs, schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations
Solve field issues in real time and maintain jobsite efficiency
10+ years of hands-on experience in concrete construction, with a strong background in slab and structure
Proven track record managing field crews on large commercial or multifamily projects
Deep understanding of concrete sequencing, formwork systems, rebar, pour planning, and finishing
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
OSHA 30 Certification preferred
