Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator in Trenton

Job Description

Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires strong estimating skills, project management expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for labor, materials, and equipment using construction documents
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients, subs, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits, resolve project issues, and ensure safety & quality standards
• Track scope changes, issue change orders, and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years in commercial drywall or construction project management/estimating
• Proficient with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, OST)
• Strong understanding of blueprints, specs, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred
