🚨 URGENT HIRE | Business & Finance Attorney | Pittsburgh, PA 🚨

We are seeking a Transactional Business & Finance Attorney to join our Pittsburgh office and work closely with our shareholders in the Business & Finance practice group. This role provides hands-on experience advising commercial clients across mergers, acquisitions, real estate, estate & trusts, and corporate finance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support mergers & acquisitions transactions
• Manage commercial lending deals from start to finish
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:
  • Purchase & supply agreements
  • Leases
  • NDAs
  • Employment contracts

• Advise on entity formation, governance, and tax structuring

Requirements:

• JD + Active Pennsylvania Bar license
• 3–7 years of law firm experience
• Strong commercial law knowledge and client-facing skills
