  • 7-10+ years of experience in ag chemical sales

  • 5+ years in procurement and inventory management

  • 5+ years in a leadership or management role

  • A strong understanding of pricing models, inventory position strategies, and market dynamics

  • Experience working in ag retail, distribution, or with a manufacturer

  • A degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or a related field

  • Track and report key performance metrics

  • Lead and train staff, and ensure operational compliance with all regulations

  • Serve as a key contact for grower relations, account health, and customer success

๐Ÿ’ผ Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $80,000–$110,000+ DOE

  • Annual performance-based bonus potential

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance

  • Paid time off, sick leave, and more

  • Long-term, career-driven opportunity with internal growth potential
