Products and/or Premises Liability Defense Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Texas civil litigation defense firm seeking to add an Attorney with experience in either products liability or premises liability.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful litigation responsibility, direct exposure to sophisticated defense matters, and long-term growth within a respected Texas litigation platform.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

What We Need

• 3–8 years of civil litigation defense experience
• Experience handling either products liability or premises liability matters
• Ability to manage cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Strong writing, litigation strategy, and client communication skills
• Texas license in good standing
