gpac has a unique opportunity with a fast-paced, agile company in Sioux Falls for a Part-Time Valuation and Appraisal professional. This is a support role--office management/administrative or secretarial. This role can keep you relavant in your profession while giving you more time for things you want or need to do outside of work.

Do you know the jargon of the title, banking, real estate, and mortgage industry? This position does not qualify for benefits so you will need those on your own. But, if benefits are not an issue, the 4 or 5 hours a day could be what you are looking for to keep relevant to your career and other people and projects!  Job Description:

1: Support the team of Loan Officers by requesting Valuations and appraisals across the nation.

2. Set up files, enter data, get files and packages to shippers in a timely manner. 

3. Save the Officers steps by stepping in and taking a load off their to-do lists: support by getting files and processes started for the officer and the outside services partners.

 

 

Preferred: 

* 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate banking, brokerage, real-estate development, and underwriting, consumer credit analysis.

 

Skills:

  •         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •         Ability to source leads in a growing database.
  •         Telephone and video call relationship building.
  •         Social Media, database, and marketing tools savvy and in-person business development
  •         Disciplined for day-to-day work and ability to navigate emotional highs and lows of the closing process.
  •         Driven to succeed and exceed sales targets.
  •         Teachable attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

 No cap on earning potential.
