Personal Injury Associate Attorney | Houston, TX 

A well-regarded and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Downtown Houston is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, work closely with an experienced partner, and handle meaningful plaintiff-side injury matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload of 40+ active matters
• Handle cases through various stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, hearings, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, demand packages, and discovery responses
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Work closely with a partner and experienced support staff on case strategy and litigation execution

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar membership in good standing
• 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong communication, organization, and litigation skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload while maintaining strong client service
• Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a respected PI practice
