About this opportunity:
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow business with contractors, builders, and construction professionals. This role focuses on relationship building, generating new opportunities, and managing existing accounts within an established territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business while maintaining existing customer relationships
Meet with customers on job sites and in the field to understand project needs
Prepare quotes, bids, and material takeoffs as needed
Coordinate orders, deliveries, and project timelines with internal teams
Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support
Qualifications
Sales experience in building materials, construction, or a related industry is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus uncapped commission
