Position Overview

Title: Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney
Location: Tacoma/Olympia Area, Washington
Experience: 3–10 years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
License: Active Washington State Bar admission required
Trial Experience: Prior jury trial experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement, arbitration, or trial
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
  • Develop litigation strategy and case valuation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement demands, and trial materials
  • Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing every case as if it will be tried
  • Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the litigation process
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to maximize case outcomes

The ideal candidate is a driven litigator who enjoys advocacy, strategic case development, and courtroom practice. Attorneys with plaintiff-side experience will find an excellent platform to continue growing their practice, while insurance defense attorneys seeking a transition to the plaintiff side are strongly encouraged to apply.
