Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, and adolescents
  • Perform examinations, preventive services, restorative procedures, and emergency treatment as needed
  • Educate patients and parents on oral health and preventive care
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Deliver compassionate care to children with varying levels of dental anxiety and special healthcare needs

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry preferred
  • Eligible for dental licensure in the State of Ohio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Experience with behavior management techniques, nitrous oxide, and pediatric restorative procedures is preferred
