Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Perform examinations, preventive services, restorative procedures, and emergency treatment as needed
- Educate patients and parents on oral health and preventive care
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate care to children with varying levels of dental anxiety and special healthcare needs
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry preferred
- Eligible for dental licensure in the State of Ohio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Experience with behavior management techniques, nitrous oxide, and pediatric restorative procedures is preferred
