A regional employer in the Mid-Atlantic area is seeking a full-time Parts Specialist. This role supports customers, service technicians, and field teams by managing parts inquiries, inventory, and order processing. Ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys a mix of customer service and hands-on warehouse work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with parts needs
• Process orders, invoices, and payments
• Order and track inventory
• Pull, stage, and prepare parts for service and installation teams
• Receive freight and maintain an organized warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude a plus
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
