Project Manager – Civil & Sitework Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and sitework construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Support field teams by resolving issues and maintaining project schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in civil/sitework construction.
• Experience managing projects involving:
  • Mass excavation
  • Site grading
  • Underground utilities (storm, water, and sewer)
  • Drainage improvements
  • Roadway construction (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
