Jr. Associate Attorney - Transportation Litigation in Bethel Park

gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a respected regional law firm in the Pittsburgh area to find a Jr. Litigation Associate Attorney for its expanding Transportation Law practice. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney who is ready to take ownership of cases and develop in a hands-on, trial-focused environment.

About the Role
This position focuses on transportation and general liability litigation, with mentorship from experienced partners. You’ll manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including depositions, hearings, and trial prep, while maintaining regular client interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Handle assigned cases with guidance from senior attorneys
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Perform legal research and analyze complex procedural issues
• Work closely with clients and opposing counsel
• Engage in networking and client development efforts
• Support peer associates and collaborate within a strong litigation team

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required)
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience (required)
• Prior experience or interest in transportation law preferred
• Strong writing, case management, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality legal work
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
