Multifamily Project Engineer

I’m partnering with a well-established general contractor and developer with a strong reputation in the multifamily and mixed-use construction space. This company is growing steadily and looking to add a Project Engineer to support their expanding pipeline of ground-up apartment and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with project coordination from start to finish

  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders

  • Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts

  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and design partners to maintain project flow

  • Ensure quality control, safety, and documentation compliance

  • Assist with project closeout and turnover packages

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2–5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction

  • Experience with ground-up projects preferred

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software

  • Team-first mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
