A well-regarded Boston law firm is adding a Litigation Associate to keep up with its growing litigation practice. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
What you'll do:
- Handle litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs
- Take and defend depositions and support trial preparation
- Work closely with partners on case strategy
What we're looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of litigation experience
- Licensed in Massachusetts, or eligible
- A stable work history
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
