Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation:

    • Handle civil litigation cases, including motion practice, discovery, and court appearances
    • Draft appellate briefs related to public contracting disputes with state agencies
    • Represent clients before courts and government agencies
    • Manage cases from inception to resolution
  • Transactional Work:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and subcontracts
    • Prepare bid protest letters for government projects
    • Assist with stock or asset sale purchase agreements
    • Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to business operations

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (additional bar admissions are a plus)
  • 2-7 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law, preferably in construction, commercial, or employment law
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills
  • Interest in leadership opportunities as the firm continues to expand
