Position Title: Field Manager

Role Overview:
The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on active residential job sites. This includes working closely with subcontractors, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure quality, schedule, and safety are maintained. This person will play a key role in field execution across multiple projects, supporting the delivery of successful ground-up communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities

  • Coordinate with trade partners, vendors, and internal teams

  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards

  • Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance

  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve field issues proactively

  • Support progress reporting and documentation

  • Represent the developer with professionalism and clear communication
