Anastasia, a Commercial Construction Recruiter with GPAC, is currently seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Estimators & Project Managers for an immediate full-time opportunity. Position: Commercial Drywall Estimator Location: Saint Louis, MO Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $100K-$140K, based on experience Benefits: Full benefits package, opportunities for career advancement

Responsibilities:

• Lead Estimator for all Drywall-related work
• Train and mentor junior support estimator
• Collaborate with Ops Manager (who acts as PM) in the team structure
• Work under Preconstruction Director overseeing all business units
• Help maintain and exceed margin targets through accurate estimating
• Project Types: Commercial Builds, Universities & Institutional, Office Buildings ,Car Dealerships, Retail & Grocery (Tenant Improvements), Warehouses
• Project Size: Avg. $.75M, up to $5M
• Software: On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid (QB)

Qualifications:

• Spent time at a drywall subcontractor
• Strong commercial estimating experience
• Interested in growing with a company that values tenure and hands-on trade backgrounds
• Ready to relocate or already local to St. Louis or Kansas City
