Commercial Lines Account Manager

In-Office | Hybrid | Remote Opportunities
Various Locations Throughout Wisconsin

Are you an experienced Commercial Lines insurance professional looking for your next opportunity? We are partnering with multiple independent agencies and brokerages across Wisconsin that are actively seeking Commercial Lines Account Managers to join their growing teams.

These opportunities are available in a variety of work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and fully remote environments, depending on the employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a commercial book of business while delivering exceptional client support
• Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, audits, and cancellations
• Prepare submissions, renewal marketing materials, and exposure summaries
• Issue and maintain Certificates of Insurance and related documentation
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized and detailed client records within agency management systems
• Partner with producers, underwriters, carriers, and clients to ensure timely service and account management
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively manage deadlines

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License
• 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial coverages including General Liability, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Workers' Compensation
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar agency management systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
