Architectural Sales Representative – Windows and Countertops

Our client is seeking a dynamic Architectural Sales Representative with expertise in higher-end windows or countertops to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to bring energy and innovation while helping to grow the business in both residential and commercial markets.  Base plus Uncapped commissions!  Must be able to do takeoffs and have some contacts within the architectural community and travel throughout SE Michigan

Key Responsibilities for Architectural Sales Representative:

  • Successfully propose, negotiate, and close profitable revenue opportunities by leveraging strong industry relationships.

  • Assess customer needs and ensure proper service, product delivery, and competitive pricing.

  • Develop and maintain sales channels tailored to the needs of both residential and commercial clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, designers, and installers to expand the client base.

  • Participate in industry events and professional organizations to enhance brand visibility.

  • Provide technical solutions and assist architects with product specifications on individual project opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate project files and documentation.

  • Deliver weekly updates on potential sales opportunities and market intelligence.

  • Support and implement company sales and marketing initiatives, including new product introductions.

  • Stay informed on product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends.

Qualifications for Architectural Sales Representative:

  • Proven sales experience in architectural products, specifically higher-end windows or countertops.

  • Strong network of industry contacts with architects, developers, and contractors.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to identify opportunities, create proposals, and close sales effectively.

  • Knowledge of product specifications and technical details related to windows and countertops.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
