Commercial Superintendent Opportunity

A rapidly growing General Contractor is seeking a skilled Commercial Superintendent to join their dynamic team. If you have over 5 years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects and are ready to elevate your career as a Commercial Superintendent, we’d like to connect with you!

Commercial Superintendent Key Qualifications:

• Proven background managing commercial construction projects as a Commercial Superintendent
• Required experience overseeing public sector construction projects in New Jersey, with a strong understanding of local public bidding requirements, regulations, and compliance standards
• Strong tenure and experience in both ground-up and interior commercial construction
• Ability to lead and manage projects independently with minimal oversight
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results under pressure
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though not required
