Job Posting: Traveling Superintendent

Location: Travel required across the Eastern United States (East of Colorado)

Compensation: Competitive base salary + excellent per diem

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee diverse commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial projects, including $50M tilt-wall construction, and experience with multifamily (MF) and other commercial projects valued up to $20M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage on-site activities to ensure project quality, safety, and schedules are maintained.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates effectively to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in industrial projects valued at $50M+, specifically tilt-wall construction.
  • Experience in multifamily and other diverse commercial projects up to $20M is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Eastern U.S. (East of Colorado).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
