An established Austin litigation firm seeks an experienced first-chair litigator, ideally with energy or environmental experience, to join at the partner or senior associate level.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex litigation matters as first chair
- Develop case strategy and manage teams
- Try cases and argue dispositive motions
- Advise clients in energy and environmental disputes
- Contribute to business development
Requirements
- 8+ years of litigation experience with first-chair experience
- Energy or environmental litigation preferred
- Licensed with the State Bar of Texas
- Billable requirement for this position: 1,600 hours per year

Mostly in office in Austin, with flexible Fridays.
