A premier Austin business law firm is hiring a real estate associate with large-firm training to handle sophisticated commercial transactions. Uncapped quarterly collection bonuses are rewarded to strong performers.
Responsibilities
- Handle acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use property
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and leases
- Manage financing transactions
- Review title and survey
- Support joint venture work
Requirements
- 3-7 years of commercial real estate experience
- Large-firm experience and top law school credentials
- Licensed with the State Bar of Texas
Billable target for this position: approximately 140 hours per month.
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped quarterly collection bonuses; total approximately $250,000-$330,000+
Work arrangement
Austin office only; no remote option.
