Responsibilities
- Litigate and arbitrate construction disputes for contractors, owners, and sureties
- Analyze contracts and delay, defect, and payment claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Work with experts on strategy
- Prepare matters for trial
Requirements
- 3-8 years of strong commercial litigation experience
- Construction exposure preferred, but not required for candidates with a genuine interest in construction law
- Career commitment to construction law
- Texas bar in good standing
- Strong writing and analytical skills
