Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)

Salary Range: Up to $150,000 base 

Job Type: Full-Time

They are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to join their team. Job Description: The Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent will oversee a variety of project types in various locations across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up commercial builds to ensure projects run smoothly. Data center experience is a plus!

Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of multi-family renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and on-site staff to ensure work is completed to high standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
• Communicate regularly with property management, owners, and project managers to provide progress updates.
• Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on residents.
• Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site to manage day-to-day operations.

Traveling Superintendent Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on multi-family renovations.
• Experience working with occupied properties is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in diverse locations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to travel frequently and stay on-site as needed.
