Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in our wholesale lumber, building materials, forest products distributor business. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional to build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales & Revenue Growth – Achieve sales and margin goals while expanding our market presence.
  • Build & Maintain Client Relationships – Develop new customer accounts through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Account Management – Monitor profitability, customer satisfaction, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Logistics Coordination – Ensure accurate and timely product shipments by working closely with logistics teams.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with internal teams to enhance sales processes and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales in the construction, building materials, or related industries.
  • 3+ years of experience working with general contractors, builders, and multi-housing projects (10+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based sales tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
