Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with experience in logistics or transportation? We’re searching for a 3PL Accounting Manager to oversee AP/AR, invoicing, settlements, and financial reporting for a fast-growing logistics company. What You’ll Do
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable functions with accuracy and timeliness
Process invoices through TriumphPay (and similar platforms)
Run settlement reports and manage weekly payables
Handle ACH payments, Positive Pay, bill pay, and check processing
Oversee collections and vendor payables management
Prepare and process tax payments, auto-draws, and reimbursement checks
Manage month-end close tasks including expense reporting and credit card allocations
Coordinate 1099 reporting and ensure compliance
Collaborate with brokers, dispatchers, and analysts to streamline accounting workflows
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in accounting/finance within logistics or transportation
Hands-on experience with TriumphPay (preferred) or similar invoicing platforms
Knowledge of AP/AR, settlement reporting, and collections
Ability to manage ACH, check, and Positive Pay transactions
Experience with month-end close, GL reconciliations, and reporting
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
