Job Description

A local bank in Atlantic is confidentially hiring a Branch Manager to lead its branch and serve customers across Cass County and southwest Iowa. You'll guide the team, grow deposits and loans, and stay active in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team
• Grow deposit and loan balances through outreach and referrals
• Handle consumer and small business loan requests
• Oversee daily branch operations, security, and compliance
• Be the bank's friendly face at Atlantic community events
• Make sure every customer gets friendly, accurate service

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of banking experience
• Supervisory or lending experience required
• Solid understanding of branch operations and compliance
• Community-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and comfortable setting goals for a team
