Job Description

A community bank in Trinidad is confidentially seeking a Commercial Lender to grow business relationships across Las Animas County and southern Colorado. You'll find new clients, underwrite and structure deals, close loans, and service the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Build a book of business clients through calling, referrals, and networking
• Learn client goals and match them with the right credit and deposit products
• Analyze business financials and credit to structure each deal
• Prepare loan memos and manage documents through closing
• Open new accounts and introduce treasury and deposit products
• Reach growth targets while keeping credit quality high

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
• Commercial lending or credit experience
• Polished communicator and confident presenter
• Experience writing proposals and underwriting loans
• Organized and able to multitask across several clients
