A local bank in Gunnison is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its team and serve customers throughout Gunnison County and the Gunnison Valley. You'll coach staff, grow deposits and loans, and be a visible part of the community.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, develop, and lead branch staff
• Grow deposits and loans through community outreach and referrals
• Take and work consumer and small business loan requests
• Run day-to-day branch operations, audits, and compliance
• Take an active role in local organizations and events
• Keep customer service quick, friendly, and accurate

Qualifications:

• Three-plus years in community banking
• Experience supervising staff or making loans
• Working knowledge of branch operations and regulations
• Natural relationship builder with a service mindset
• Goal-oriented and organized
