A respected commercial builder in North Texas is hiring a Project Manager to lead industrial projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities across the DFW area. You'll own your projects from preconstruction through closeout and work with a team that values clear communication and doing the job right.

What You'll Do

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Manage budgets, schedules, buyout, subcontracts, and change orders

• Partner with superintendents to keep work safe, on schedule, and on budget

• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors

• Run owner and subcontractor meetings and keep clear project documentation

• Track cost and forecast accurately, and flag risks early

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor

• Experience on industrial projects such as warehouses, distribution, tilt-up, or manufacturing

• Strong command of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration

• Comfort with Procore, MS Project or P6, and Microsoft Office

• Clear, steady communication with owners, design teams, and field staff

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
