Your Role as the Commercial Roofing Superintendent: You’ll lead the charge on high-quality projects from the ground up—managing crews, staying ahead of deadlines, and making sure every square foot of roofing shines. Your leadership ensures projects hatch on time and on budget!
What You’ll Be Doing: 🐰 Coordinating crews for commercial tear-offs, installs, and repairs
🔨 Overseeing job site safety and daily operations
📅 Collaborating with PMs, estimators, and subcontractors
☎️ Acting as the go-to contact for clients—ensuring happiness from start to finish
📐 Keeping every detail aligned with code, specs, and top-tier quality
What You Bring to the Bunny Trail: ✔️ Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent on large-scale job sites
✔️ Expertise in TPO, EPDM, BUR, Mod Bit, and metal systems
✔️ Confidence in reading blueprints, scopes, and construction docs
✔️ Great communication, team leadership, and problem-solving chops
✔️ Comfortable with digital tools like Microsoft Office and PM software
