We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic HVAC Sales Division within a technically driven, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a strategic, self-motivated leader with strong mechanical or electrical industry experience and a passion for driving revenue growth, customer relationships, and team development.
Lead and manage the Sales Division Office, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical sales team
Drive territory growth, revenue generation, and market expansion within HVAC and engineered systems markets
Prepare detailed technical proposals, equipment selections, and cost estimates for customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and end users
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, production, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions
Monitor job performance, production data, and customer satisfaction metrics
Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitive activity, and industry trends
Represent the organization professionally and promote a strong external brand presence
5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, engineering, construction, controls, service, or technical sales
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Proven ability in B2B sales, account management, and strategic business development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Industry-leading sales and technical training
