A well-established financial institution is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join its high-performing wealth management team. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering personalized, goals-based financial plans for high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with affluent clients to understand financial goals, risk tolerance, and legacy plans

  • Deliver customized financial plans including retirement, estate, investment, tax, and insurance strategies

  • Collaborate with internal experts and external advisors to coordinate plan implementation

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and attract new ones

  • Serve as a financial planning thought leader and represent the firm at events, conferences, and client functions

  • Prepare and present wealth strategy reviews and updates with clarity and confidence

  • Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments affecting high-net-worth clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking

  • Proven success working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients

  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, including income tax, estate, and retirement planning

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clients and advisors

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, eMoney, Excel, and financial planning tools

  • Ability to travel within the local market for client engagement

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $90,000 – $160,000

  • Performance-based incentive plan
